General Collection and Use of Personal Identifying Information
In order to use some parts of the Web site, a user must complete a Web contact form, provide an e-mail address, or provide information such as name, email, postal address, and so on. We will use this personal identifying information to establish the identity of the submitter and we will retain this information. Generally, we use information only for the purpose for which it was originally collected. For instance, we might use the collected information to contact the visitor about services or information on our site in which he or she expressed an interest or to improve and customize our content.

Communication From Our Site
Newsletters, Forms, and Other Publications
If we offer a newsletter or other subscriptions and a user wishes to subscribe to them, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. Out of respect for our users privacy we provide a way to opt-out of these communications. Please see the Choice/Opt-out section below.
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an e-mail. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.
We DO NOT Share Personal Information with Third Parties (except as needed to fulfill requested services using intermediaries or agents) without users' express consent.

Our users are given the opportunity to "opt-out" of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information. If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site via the "Tell-a-Friend function, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. We will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. We do not store this information except as needed to process the requested referral function.
WebDev Works has taken steps to ensure that personal identifying information collected in the future is secure, and we have limited the number of people who have access to the information by such things as password protections that guard against unauthorized access. Electronic components that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment.
