Project Proposal and Agreement
After we have a full understanding of your needs, we'll produce a detailed project proposal and agreement that we'll submit to you. This document will:
- Define the description and scope of work for the project.
- Provide a detailed list of features.
- Propose a time scale for completion.
Design and Development
After the proposal and agreement document has been signed off by the client, we will begin work on the project. The development cycle is structured in three main stages that are also client checkpoints, as follows:
- Scaffold or Alpha Site
- Beta or Pre-Release Site
- Final or Production site.
The client will review the site at each one of these stages and the revisions for each of these three stages will consists of one pass per stage. After each step, you will review and approve revisions. During this period, we buy your domain name and during the final stage, set up your Web site.
Going Live
After your site is released, we will submit your new domain name to the major search engines.
